Session 2.2: Advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in our industries

Wind, solar and energy storage companies represent industries of the future, but we must ensure we are not stuck in the past on the issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, the benefits of which are increasingly well documented and understood. This session will provide a status report on diversity, equity and inclusion in the electricity industry, and highlight what some leading companies in our sector are doing to make progress in this area.
