Roslyn McMann has over fourteen years of experience in the renewable energy sector. In her role as Director of Market Development at BluEarth Renewables, Roslyn is responsible for leading the organization’s energy policy engagement, building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the Canadian growth strategy.
Before joining BluEarth in 2016, Roslyn worked at GE for eight years in various roles in the Energy Division, including Region Leader for Distributed Power and Canadian Renewables Segment Leader. In these roles, she was responsible for navigating the strategy and growth of GE’s portfolio in Canada.
Combined with Roslyn’s previous experience in the industrial and commercial water and energy management sector, she brings a wholistic view to the clean energy conversation in Canada. Roslyn a past Director of the Canadian Wind Energy Board and the Canadian Solar Energy Board, a current member of the BRC Advisory Board and Canadian Renewable Energy Board and is active in key policy files for wind and solar across Canada.
Roslyn has an undergraduate degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA specializing in Global Energy and Sustainable Development from the University of Calgary. She is a former Olympic athlete and World Championship medalist who loves being active in nature.
