Irina is currently co-founder and CEO of AMNIe International, a leadership consulting organization focused on sustainability and ESG integration. Irina works primarily with organizations looking to adopt the latest thinking as they develop and lay out cohesive strategies for growth, risk and performance management. Irina also manages the AMNIe network of global experts and ensures the deployment of niche skills to handle key sustainability issues ranging from climate risk exposure to waste reduction strategy, offsets, ESG disclosures, portfolio strategy, and more.

Prior to launching AMNIe.org, Irina held progressively senior roles in management consulting. While at Accenture, she grew a global community of practice around Clean Innovation, working closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility and Canadian Innovation teams to facilitate knowledge exchange around emerging clean technologies and ESG leadership practices. She holds an MBA from IE and Brown Universities and currently serves clients ranging from startups to larger corporations as they take a leadership in advancing economic, societal and environmental wellbeing.
